Shareholders

OniTelecom S.A. is owned by Oni SGPS S.A. which holds 100% of all ordinary shares with voting rights. Oni SGPS S.A. is owned by Winreason S.A., which in turn is owned by Riverside Company (through the Riverside Europe Telecom LLC fund) with 60.9%, Gestmin SGPS with 34.6% and other shareholders with 4,5% of shares. Oni Communications is the commercial brand of OniTelecom S.A.

Riverside Company is a private equity company specialized in the acquisition and management of small and medium-sized companies at a world-wide level. Founded in 1988, Riverside develops its activity in the United States and Europe and has 18 offices. In 1997, Riverside launched its first private investment fund in Europe. As of March 30th, it manages a portfolio of investments in excess of 3 billion dollars, has 80 institutional investors and is included in the top 5 of Private Equity companies with best performance.

Gestmin SGPS is a national investment holding created in 2004 and chaired by Manuel Champalimaud, whose portfolio includes management of participations in reference companies in the energy and tourism markets.
