Alarm Reception Centre

One of the characteristics of electronic security systems is the sending of the alarms triggered by the different defence systems, to reception control panels, monitored by human beings, which permit their recording and the preparation of detailed reports, as well as responding in due time with the most appropriate corrective measures for each type of event.

The alarm reception centre may reside within the actual company, if it has a resident human security staff operation, or may function externally through a private security operator.
