Management of the Migration to the Oni Communications network(WAN)
Includes the study and analysis of the existing communications structure, in order to plan the migration and define the assumptions from a project management perspective, minimising the impacts on the services during that process.
It also includes the management and coordination of the migration operation, installers and teams involved.
Construction of the Core Network
Includes the study and analysis or preparation of the technical specifications for the construction of the Customer's own network, as well as the coordination of its implementation.
Guarantees the design of the construction plan and respective post-implementation cadastre, in the technology decided by the Customer. During the intervention, in a “key-in-hand” or Project Management type of solution, the teams in the field, suppliers and other partners are coordinated by the ICGP team, thus ensuring dedicated follow-up on the Customer's premises, with a periodic sizing up of the situation relative to the evolution of the intervention.
