Management of Critical Projects

The management of critical projects is a core responsibility of the ICGP team which, based on the best practices and market standards, namely ITSM (IT Service Management) and on the practices defined by the PMI (Project Management Institute), has very successfully conducted hundreds of implementations in medium-sized and large Organisations in Portugal.

The following activities are developed:
Survey of requisites
Analysis of the solution to be implemented
Preparation of the Technical Specifications
Analysis and evaluation of proposals
Executive Support (“Sponsoring”) of projects / programmes
Multi-competence management, involving the coordination, planning and control of multidisciplinary, technical and functional teams, multi-partners and multi-suppliers
Single and dedicated interlocutor for the Project Management, in partnership with the Customer
Systematised, personalised and periodic reporting of the evolution, planning and potential constraints of the project
Documentation of the project (Meeting Notes, List of sites/technical information, Inventory)
Contingency management
Financial management of the projects
