Quality of service

Information within the scope of the Quality of Service Regulation (QSR)

The quality of service information provided by OniTelecom was defined by ICP-ANACOM in Regulation no. 46/05, published on 14 June. Under the terms of the said Regulation, all companies providing Fixed Telephone Service must disclose to end users information about the set of parameters listed in the respective Annex. The purpose of providing this information is to enable end users to compare the quality of service offered by different companies.
